How Steam Deck organises Settings

Compare this with a desktop layout and the restraint is obvious. Internet, Bluetooth, Display, Sound, Power, Controller, Storage, System, Security and System Settings cover the whole surface, and each one holds a handful of children rather than a page of them. Does this cover desktop mode as well?

No. What you see here is the controller-driven settings menu that appears in game mode, which is where almost all day-to-day changes happen.
