How Fitbit OS organises Settings
The order is a priority list. Bluetooth first, because a watch that is not paired does very little; then Notifications, Display, Exercise and Activity, Heart and Health, Vibration and Audio, Clock Face, Fitbit Wallet, Battery and About.
